2. What Mirage Studios Will Never Do

3.4 Account Trading & Third-Party Sellers

The purchase or sale of Mirage Studios game accounts through third-party platforms is prohibited under our Terms of Use and exposes you to a significant risk of fraud, account theft, and permanent bans. We accept no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account transactions.

3.5 Fake Support Agents

Individuals may pose as Mirage Studios customer support agents via Discord, Reddit, or social media, offering to resolve account issues in exchange for payment or credentials. Our support is provided exclusively through our official support portal or email (legal@miragestudios.ae).
